HORNE Capital closes Domino’s franchisee transaction

HORNE Capital, a mergers and acquisitions investment banking firm, announced its service as the lead financial advisor in the asset sale of 15 Domino’s locations from ADF Enterprises Inc. to South Texas Pizza Inc.

HORNE Capital exclusively represented ADF enterprises and successfully ran a competitive auction process that initiated the transaction.

This purchase gives South Texas Pizza a total of 105 locations, making it one of the largest operators of Domino’s franchises across the country.

“South Texas Pizza isn’t new to the franchise industry, so we’re expecting great things to come from this acquisition. We’re looking forward to the ways they’ll capitalize on what’s already been established,” said Josh Edwards, managing director of HORNE Capital. “Our team is available as needed to offer insight and provide expertise as they continue to grow.”
