Emmett Manning is a financial due diligence leader for HORNE Capital Strategies. He specializes in financial due diligence for clients in both buy-side and sell-side transactions. Throughout his career, he has provided financial due diligence expertise for both private equity firms and strategic buyers on transactions of all sizes across a variety of industries.
Emmett joined HORNE in 2022 with more than 7 years of experience offering services in the audit group’s investment management practice and mergers and acquisitions transaction services group for one of the Big Four accounting firms.
He earned his Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
