Alana Bartleson serves as a valuation manager in HORNE’s valuation and transaction advisory group, where she specializes in business valuation and consulting services. She assists business owners, primarily of operating companies, with valuations for transactions and strategic planning, as well as tax and estate planning and financial reporting purposes. She also works closely with clients in need of transaction advisory services, assisting business owners through a sale or acquisition process.
Alana joined the firm in 2020. Prior to joining HORNE, she served as a staff accountant at a business valuation and litigation support firm where she performed valuation services primarily for estate and gift tax purposes, purchases and sales of businesses, and equitable distributions and community property related divorces.
Alana received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Southern Mississippi and her Master of Business Administration from William Carey University.
