Neal Stephens is a transaction advisory senior manager for HORNE Capital Strategies. He works with business owners, strategic corporate buyers and private equity investors to advise and manage the sale and purchase process for transacting parties. Neal brings an ownership approach and views each transaction through the lens of the current and future owner to align interests and ensure objectives are achieved.
Neal joined HORNE Capital in 2019. He formerly was the executive vice president of an education company, where he managed US operations and helped lead the company through an acquisition. He also is a residential real estate investor in the Jackson metropolitan statistical area.
A graduate of Harvard College, Neal concentrated in Economics with a citation in Spanish.
